Working with the Mirvac Design team, Niall developed two affordable housing projects for Mirvac and the Department of Housing from concept to delivery and completion of the homes. This included master planning, lot sub-division, house design, development application and documentation for approximately 150 one and two storey homes. The built form outcome is now complete and provides quality affordable homes in a carefully designed integrated precinct.
