Our client approached us with an open mind and an appreciation for good design, looking for something 'a bit different'. With limited space between the existing house and side boundary they needed additional parking, storage and a covered outdoor entertaining area. After considering a number of options the result was a physically separate contemporary pavilion building with it's own identity and character, independent of the main house but blending harmoniously into the existing streetscape.
