Having recently completed their custom designed home, our client approached us to design their new pool area and new pool pavilion building which was to provide guest accommodation and an activity space for their teenage children. The raised concrete pool will minimise earthworks on the rocky site and form one side of a new courtyard garden space between the main house & the new pavilion building creating a sense of privacy & intimacy on this large rural property in the Perth Hills.
